VOLUNTEER IN A BAR AT TINDERBOX
Age requirement: min. 18 years old when the festival starts
Language requirement: Danish or English
For Tinderbox 2026 in Tusindeårsskoven, Odense, we run a number of bars across the entire festival site. The bars are run for Tinderbox.
Basically, it’s all about helping create a really fun, cozy vibe at the stands together with the other festivalgoers… and having the best Tinderbox ever!
You don’t need bar experience, and if you’re coming as a group, you’ll of course be working together.
What it takes:
- 1 shift of approx. 13 hours (incl. training/briefing, 2 meal breaks, chill breaks, etc.)
for some it might seem a bit long… but time flies in great, fun, festive company, and with just 1 shift instead of several, you’ll have more freedom to enjoy the other days exactly how you want 💃🏻
In return, you get:
- Full festival ticket/wristband for all 3 days of Tinderbox 2026
- 2x meals, snacks, etc. while you’re on shift
- Access to the Volunteer Lounge all 3 days, including cheaper drinks, a chill area, etc.
- Option to access the staff camp in a closed area (you must bring your own tent)
A deposit of DKK 300 must be paid to Tinderbox, which you’ll get back after the festival once you’ve met your part of the volunteer agreement. That is, once you’ve volunteered the agreed hours in exchange for getting a wristband for all days and all the other perks. It’s Tinderbox directly that handles this part.
