BECOME A VOLUNTEER IN THE TUBORG BEER STALLS
Age requirement: min. 18 years old by the start of the festival
Language requirement: Danish or English
For Roskilde Festival 2026, we’re operating 5 Tuborg beer stalls spread across the entire camping area, and we need a large number of volunteers. The bars are operated for Roskilde Festival, with Tuborg as the primary supplier. We have lots of returning volunteers from previous years, but there’s also room for you—and you can absolutely sign up as a group and get shifts together.
Basically, it’s all about helping create a seriously fun vibe in the stalls… and together with the other 130,000 attendees… having the best Roskilde ever!
You don’t need bar experience, but when we’re planning 9 days with a large number of volunteers whose job is to keep the beers cold, it’s important that everyone sticks to their commitments—so it’s an absolute no-go not to show up for your shifts. In return, we do everything we can to make it seriously fun and awesome to be part of it, with plenty of time to party hard. It’s okay to show up a bit rough around the edges, but of course you need to be fresh enough to do your tasks!
What it takes:
- 32 hours split across 3 shifts between Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, July 5
- Typically, only 1 shift during the main music days (Wednesday–Saturday)
– of course we’ll take it into account if there’s a concert you absolutely HAVE to see (aka we’ll sort it out!) if you’re assigned a shift at the same time as your desired concert(s)
– and if there are days you can’t do because of a graduation party, Aunt Oda’s annual pub crawl, or whatever, that’s totally fine too… just remember to let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly…
The job is to sell BEER and spirits to the 130,000 others who are also here to have the best party ever. People are always in a fantastic mood… and there’s so much love going around that the world is a much better place to be (at least in Roskilde that week).
As a thank-you for your help, we offer:
- Full festival ticket/wristband (all days June 27 to July 5)
- 4 meal vouchers you can use whenever you like at all of the festival’s food stalls

- Our own draft beer bar (at a lower price)
- Access to Volunteers Village with cheap beer, spirits, coffee, food, massage, and its own concerts and DJs (also during all the warm-up days)
- Access to Volunteer Hubs spread across the entire area… chill-out zones with free coffee, tea, squash, hot showers, toilets, etc.
- Free access to the Volunteers camp (quieter at night, hot showers, and clean toilets)
